BA 271 Risk Management

A study is made of the risks encountered by individuals and business firms

BA 344 Personal Financial Planning

This course provides comprehensive coverage of personal financial planning in the areas of money management, taxes, consumer credit, housing and other consumer decisions, legal protection, insurance, retirement planning, and estate planning.

BA 364 Corporate Options and Structure

The course is a continuation of Financial Management I and will cover such topics as real options, sensitivity, scenario and break-even analysis, basic issues regarding stocks and bonds, risk/return and cost of capital, capital structure and limits to the use of debt

BA 460 Investments: Stocks and Mutual Funds

This course begins with an introduction to financial markets and investment instruments. Additional topics include risk and return, margin trading and short sales, mutual funds and stock quotations and trading procedures.
