In Public Health Program Planning, Management, and Evaluation students learn skills and concepts needed to design, implement, and evaluate public health programs.

HS 604 Epidemiology

This course covers applications of epidemiologic methods and procedures to the study of the distribution and determinants of health and diseases, morbidity, injuries, disability, and mortality in populations.

NU 740 Public Health Policy Issues and Challenges

The course is designed to provide the graduate student with an opportunity to explore and evaluate the political process, fiscal policies, and their impact on public health and the health care system.
